Low unemployment and skills shortages mean that the need to attract and retain the best talent has never been so important. Although sevenhr has a separate employer branding function, it may be suitable to add some comments on how Client Relations is involved in elements of this.
The eight week CR follow up process is a post-placement service offered by no other recruitment consultancy that we are aware of. It helps new starters settle into their roles by acting as a neutral third party should issues arise and need resolving. This adds value to the initial brand experience.
Comments made by candidates throughout these eight weeks give insight, not only into the early stages such as client interviews and feedback, but also induction programmes and managerial support. If we think it will benefit a client organisation we will use any negative feedback as the basis of an initial audit to help improve the process and strengthen their brand.
