The Challenge
After the successful placing of a commercial buyer, sevenhr was invited by the client, a leading supplier of quality food to the UK and French catering industry, to discuss a number of challenging roles that they were looking to fill within six weeks.
The Solution
- Face-to-face meetings with each relevant line manager in the client company helped identify individual team dynamics and the personality profile required for each role.
- The strategy included targeting a number of larger, key organisations that employed relevant individuals. The search was then expanded to cover a number of the larger manufacturers within a certain geographical area.
- At the end of the campaign, sevenhr gave the client a detailed analysis of all the feedback received during the search. This helped them to identify reasons why candidates would or would not choose our client as their next employer, and provided useful guidance for future recruitment.
- The client gave sevenhr sole-supplier status and now recommends line managers across all disciplines to contact the consultancy direct with their recruitment needs.
- On behalf of the client, sevenhr now recruits across commercial (buying, NPD, marketing), purchasing, finance, sales, logistics and training.
