The Feedback

“The best business I have worked with in two years. Attentive, understood the brief and very responsive to my needs. I operate in a generic HR manger role, so I am not a Recruitment specialist, you understood this and the amount of time I can spend on recruitment (not much!) and responded accordingly.”

HR Contact Twentieth Century Fox

The Communication between me and Sarah was excellent; she was pro-active, friendly and very quick to respond. On a few occasions I couldn’t reach her straight away, however other colleagues were very helpful and Sarah always called back straight away.

Sevenhr have proved to me to be highly reliable and extremely professional throughout the whole process. I would certainly recommend and use sevenhr again as I was thoroughly impressed.
The 20th century fox information pack provided was extremely helpful and invaluable.

Better than other agencies due to: more personal, quicker to respond and more genuine than other agencies I have used. My experience and needs were listened to and matched up well with job.

Successful Candidate

The Challenge

Twentieth Century Fox have a strong relationship with sevenhr resulting in a number of successful placements. With 18 vacancies registered through 2006, we have been able to gain a good understanding of the business, attitudes and culture.

Fox briefed us on three brand manager roles. We met with the Managing Director to discuss the important factors and the recruitment strategy which we would undertake on their behalf.

The Solution

Given the importance and volume of these positions we decided to run a headhunt campaign in tandem with a national advertisement. Timescales were agreed for the delivery of the project as well as how and what we would feedback at key milestones. This provided a clear structure and plan to the project.

We worked with a creative marketer to produce the advert, which ran in Marketing Week. It generated a phenomenal response of which 50% were screened in detail.

We held regular reviews with HR and produced weekly progress reports which were passed to the business in order to keep them up to date.

25 candidates were invited for in-depth interviews and 10 of those made it through to short-list. This shortlist was then sent to the business, we placed in two of the three positions, with the third coming from an internal contact.
